In this class, we will be looking at different symbols used in both magickal and mundane practices. We will be discussing what the traditional meanings, modern usage, and examining how you can use symbols in your path. This class covers flags, pentagrams & pentacles, deity symbols, trinities, cruciform, and other common symbols. This is a research-based class balanced with hands-on experiences.

  • Drawing supplies (or drawing software)
  • A pair of candles (you can choose these later)
  • Basic crafting supplies of choice
  • Bay Leaf
  • Burning dish or cauldron

In this class, we will be looking at different symbols that are commonly used in magickal practices. We will be discussing what the traditional meanings are and how, as well as why, these symbols mean what they do.

In this course, we will work with both familiar and unfamiliar symbols. You will be forming your own opinion of what symbols fit where as well as learning what they may represent to others. You will be working with the symbols that represent the Elements, the Triple Goddess, The Wheel of the Year, different Altar tools, two different types of Alphabets. You will also be creating your own personal Triple God, Wheel of the Year, Protection symbols. You will finish the course by creating a symbol of your own personal choice.
